1. General Information

Aquaholic Speedboat Tours Kotor (“Company”, “we”, “us”) provides guided speedboat tours in the Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. By booking a tour, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Bookings may be made online or in person.
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. No-Show Policy

Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.

Failure to arrive on time will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:

  • The booking is cancelled automatically.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • The Company is not responsible for missed departures due to traffic, delays, cruise ship timing, or personal scheduling issues.

5. Weather & Safety Conditions

Safety is our top priority.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, delay, or modify a tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.

In such cases, customers may choose:

  • Rescheduling (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund.

Weather decisions are made solely by the Company captain based on maritime safety standards.

6. Passenger Responsibility

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the skipper.
  • Life jackets must be worn when required.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse boarding to intoxicated or disruptive passengers without refund.
  • Guests participate at their own risk.

7. Liability

Aquaholic Speedboat Tours Kotor is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Delays caused by weather, port authorities, or force majeure events.

Participation in speedboat tours involves inherent maritime risks.

8. Changes by the Company

The Company may modify routes, stops, or timing due to operational or safety reasons without prior notice.
